Refund Policy

We understand that life happens and plans may change. Our refund structure is designed to be fair and transparent and applies to all multi session coaching programs purchased through Fasting with Dr. Leanne.

Refund eligibility is based on the number of completed visits.

Before the first visit

 

A 10 percent administrative fee will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded.

After completion of the first visit
Seventy five percent of the total program cost is refundable.

After completion of the second visit
Fifty percent of the total program cost is refundable.

After completion of the third visit
Twenty five percent of the total program cost is refundable.

After completion of the fourth visit
No refunds will be issued.

 

Refund calculations are based on the full program price and not promotional or discounted pricing unless otherwise specified in writing.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@fastingwithdrleanne.com.

 

Strategy Session Policy

 

All Hormone and Fat Loss Strategy Sessions priced at 49.95 are non refundable once booked.

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the session fee.

By booking a session or enrolling in a coaching program, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
