Refund Policy

We understand that life happens and plans may change. Our refund structure is designed to be fair and transparent, based on how much of the program has been completed:

 

• Before the first visit: A 10% administrative fee will be applied; the remaining balance will be refunded.

• After the first visit: 75% of the total program cost is refundable.

• After the second visit: 50% of the total program cost is refundable.

• After the third visit: 25% of the total program cost is refundable.

• After the fourth visit: No refunds will be issued.
